In our workshop you’ll be learning to make 

Fresh Fruit Daifuku.


This Japanese sweet is delicious and showcases the best of seasonal fruits.


You will walk away knowing how to make the sweet rice dough, and how to fill them with sweet bean paste and fruits.


After we have finished making, you also get a chance to sit together and enjoy your creations with a paired green tea.


You will also receive some ingredients to take away with you, so you can make them at home!

This workshop is for groups of 4 people and takes place at Taguchi Ya Canteen, Totnes.
